binNMU of zope-common in Etch (targeted at 4.0r1)

Hi!

In order to fix #415826 in Etch, I would like to ask the stable release
team to schedule a binNMU of zope-common=0.5.31 and to allow it to enter
the next point release.

The package currently in Etch ships with a README.Ubuntu.gz instead of a
README.Debian.gz which breaks symbolic links in other Zope packages.
This is not a grave bug, per se, but it makes us look very
unprofessional, IMHO.
