Hard to answer on that :)
A lot of more or less outdated informations is on
http://pkg-zope.alioth.debian.org/
I guess the most important things on the TODO list are bugfixes...

Patches are welcome, I think it should not be a big problem to give you
svn access, too. But I can't decide that anyway :)
Check how alioth works, the zope stuff is in svn on
http://svn.debian.org/wsvn/pkg-zope
svn://svn.debian.org/svn/pkg-zope for the console
Fabio is working on the new CMF/Plone stuff afaik.
zope-common will be fixed in Extremadura in december - or probably
before, if somebody finds the time.
