zope-formulator with no user base in Debian?

Hi,

bug #455945 says:

The following packages instead are incompatible with the last Plone
release, unmaintained upstream and with no user base in Debian:

   ...
   zope-formulator

Well, I don't know whether the zope-formulator is incompatible with
the last plone release but unmaintained upstream is not that drastically
(there is a later upstream release than the latest Debian version I
obtained from snapshot.debian.net which targets at Zope 2.10 compatibility)
and there is at least one user in Debian (me). So one user is not really
much but "no user base" is wrong. ;-))

Well, I did not noticed the removal because I'm quite inactive in the
pkg-zope team - so I will blame nobody (except myself) for my problem
that zope-formulator will probably be not available in Lenny.

What would you regard a reasonable way to do? I have lintian clean
packages of the latest zope-formulator version on my local disc. Do
you think it would make sense to ask release manager to reintroduce?
Or do you want to see this package really out of Debian and I should
go with the local package?

Kind regards

            Andreas.
