Hello Debian/Ubuntu Zope Team,

There is a circular dependency between python-zope.exceptions and
python-zope.testing:

python-zope.exceptions 	:Depends: python-zope.testing
python-zope.testing 	:Depends: python-zope.exceptions

Circular dependencies are known to cause problems during upgrade, so we
should try to get rid of them.
