All those packages have been fixed since then, but I would have had to
upgrade all of them and package zope.login as well. But since Ubuntu
releases are time-based and Zope is a moving target, I had to select a
point what known good set to package, so instead I've opted to stop
before this change.

So SchoolTool KGS [1] and packages for Ubuntu Karmic [2] are based on
older ZTK from December 2009, currently rev 106888 [3].
