Dear Beloved One,

I deemed it a respect and honour as well as privilege to write you, on my  
deep conviction about you, after my diligent search for a honest and  
trustworthy someone of which I believe that i will pend the rest of my life  
with you if God permite's. Firstly my full name is Prisca David ; I am 21 and  
a native of Sierra-Leone in West African region in the local district of  
Konobo,

My parents were named Chief kumba david, while my mother is Gloria david,  
they were all late as of date, and I was survived with my little brother  
James.  My late father has a Gold and Diamond store Office in the Republic of  
Sierra-Leone our home town. My daddy was poisoned to death by his business  
associates after relocating to Cote D`Ivoire because of the civil war, while  
I was told that my mother passed away after my younger brother James was put  
to berth,

But before his death in a private hospital here in Treichville Abidjan Cote  
D`Ivoire, he told me of a fixed deposit of US$6.5.000, 000 he had in a bank  
here in Abidjan, which he made me the next of kin, my mother died after my  
3yrs of age, I had no option since my daddy is no more and we lived as  
strangers even when my family was all together, talk much of now that I live  
alone as an orphan, the group of the united Nations  buried him and took me  
along with James, but James was still so little so I remained in the camp  
with some other refugees,

I have never heard about my brother James for the past 6 months now, and as  
we all are here nobody was allowed to use common mobile phone for  
communication here in the camp unless I snick out to the telephone boot or  
cyber café .

I ended up with my school at the private school because there was no body to  
pay for my school fees, here in the camp the Moroccan women solders cant  
allow us go to town without a good reason or permission, I have met with the  
bank manager and declared to him my intention to transfer this fund out of  
Africa as advised by my dad for my security and of the money, which I want to  
further my education overseas, and he is asking me for my guardian, in order  
to terminate the Fixed investment and release of the fund, as signed in the  
Agreement Bond with the Bank Authority, in case of sudden death. Which I need  
your assistance to present you to the bank as my guardian for the transfer of  
this money into your account.
