python-clientform: deprecation of dh_pycentral, please use dh_python2

Jonas: can I  upload zope2.12 2.12.20-3? I'm wondering  if anything else
could be pushed at  the same time as this upload  is only about removing
python-clientform from Depends and adding it to DEB_SATISFIED?
