Update: Zope2 packaging

Hi,

I tried to look at that problem yesterday. By putting zope.app.publisher
as the first in the list of Zope2.pth, il seemed to work better, but I
got bitten by a similar problem with the Shared.DC namespace.

So it's not specific to the zope.app namespace, it seems to be a more
general problem with namespaces and eggs...

I did not find the real cause of the problem. I'll continue digging when
I've more time, but if anyone who knows more about eggs and
pkg_ressources internals can help us, I'll be grateful.
