We all are reviewing Build-Depends now for dh_python2 transition. I
think we can at the same time drop minimal version from
"python-setuptools (>= 0.6b3)" and leave just python-setuptools,
because even oldstable has a newer version::

 python-setuptools | 0.6c3-3         | etch           | source, all
 python-setuptools | 0.6c8-4~bpo40+1 | backports/etch | source, all
 python-setuptools | 0.6c8-4         | lenny          | source, all
 python-setuptools | 0.6.14-4        | squeeze        | all
 python-setuptools | 0.6.15-2        | wheezy         | all
 python-setuptools | 0.6.15-2        | sid            | all

Would it be OK if I do so?
