Yes, for  most cases,  it would be  better to have:  zope-testrunner and
zope-testrunner2.7 (for Debian,  and the opposite for Ubuntu  I guess as
Python 2.7  is the default version  there).  Same for  buildout, but for
most packages, as it adds an extra Depends (as you pointed out rightly),
I was wrong  and that's maybe not  a good idea (I didn't  notice that at
first, sorry).

As I said in my previous email, I don't really know if that's useful for
zdaemon, probably not and moreover  I'm not the maintainer nor uploaders
on this  package.  In any cases, why  don't you make the  changes to the
Debian / Ubuntu pkg-zope rather  than duplicating the work (e.g. someone
has to pull your changes)?  That would be great and definitely save time
for everybody...
