zope.testbrowser deviating from the ZTK 1.1

Hi,

As cast in stone on our wiki page: http://wiki.debian.org/Zope/ZTK we
are targeting the versions in the ZTK 1.1.

However, for zope.testbrowser I would like to rather upload the 4.0.x
series.

This is purely because it is possible to run the tests of that version
with what is currently packaged in Debian... Well, it's also to do with
that I _really_ would like the new WSGI based testbrowser in wheezy.

This probably has most impact on Ubuntu. So Gediminas, any objections?
