Updating to ZTK 2.0 (alpha) and python 3 support

The ZTK 2.0 is a lot smaller now, we should probably add the packages
that are not in Debian yet.

Yes. But nothing is using them, except a few that are also used by Pyramid.

I'd like to first sync the latest versions and packaging from Ubuntu,
and start from there.

I will do that myself (except the actual uploading) – commit them as
one unreleased update.
