Bug#812256: Acknowledgement (zope-mysqlda: failure to import zope-mysqlda, either from python interpretor or as a zope product)

Upon further investigation, I believe zope-mysqlda depends on another
zope product, ZSQLMethods, which contains the Shared.DC.ZRDB module
which is no longer part of the core zope-2.13 distribution.

I'm trying to figure out how to install this from the upstream source,
hopefully I can report back on whether or not that fixes my problem.
