Bug#859421: python-tz orphaning

Hi,

Looking closer I realize you didn't mean _you_ were orphaning python-tz,
but looking for others to do so.

I see its technically managed by the Zope  team (but in practice not).
Looking at #858133 I see you've been working on it.

I don't want to step on your toes, are you uploading  / looking to be
maintainer?
