Hmm, I'm not sure I followed you -- I don't know much about
the insides of po4a at all.

What I really want is that when I do:

po4a-translate -k 100 [...]

the translation get generated if the PO file has no msgids
at all. At the moment one way or another it returns 0, so
fails with -k 100; however the translation is obviously
relevant. My proposed patch fixes this, but if you direct me
to where you think it is proper to fix, I'll happily patch
that instead.
