[Po4a-devel] Preparation of the next release

Hello,

Here are the release notes for 0.24:

The most important changes are:
  * the translated documents were not generated in some circumstances
  * po4a now has a splitted mode. Check po4a(1)
  * some recommandations for the maintainers (README.maintainers)
  * new translations...but incomplete. Feel free to send us updates
  * and other improvements or bug fixes for the Man, Pod, Sgml and TeX modules.
