Hello Russ,

Thanks for the new version of podlator.

I had a look at podlators-2.1.1.

I think an additional change will be needed for the handling of the S<>
blocks.

Pod::Simple translate them to 0xA0. This value should depend on the output
encoding.

When I manually fix Pod::Simple, I had good results.
