[Po4a-devel] po4a bug with entity in comments

For example, define entity 'appA':

<!ENTITY appA     SYSTEM "appA-cmdref.xml">

But when I comment it out:

  <!-- BEGIN appA -->
  <!-- &appA; -->
  <!-- BEGIN appB -->

Then I use '-o includeexternal', po4a still expand 'appA' !
