I realized when looking at online manual pages that something is wrong
with English man3 pages, there are Locale::Po4a::xxx.3pm and
Locale::Po4a::xxx.pm.3pm files.
This looks pretty minor to me, so I won't make a new release just to
fix it, but packagers may get the commit I pushed to fix this mistake.
