You can remove the MACBOOK_5 from has_kbd_backlight() in
pommed/kbd_backlight.h, as your model doesn't have it.

This should fix it for you.

Unfortunately there's a MacBook with ALS & keyboard backlight and it
just identifies as a 5,1 I think just like the other aluminium MacBook
which doesn't have it.

I should fix that somehow in pommed at some point. I'd need someone
with such a MacBook to get some feedback, though.
