The call to
db_input high popularity-contest/update-mailto
in popularity-contest.config can legitimately exit with status 30 (if
the question's already been asked, but the postinst has not yet
completed [because the question came up during preconfiguration], or
the config file has somehow regressed); as such, please protect it
with "|| true".
