But you have access to the source code, everything is in the popularity-contest
package. Basically that amount to change popcon to produce a correct
compressed attachement (base64'ed), and the server to recognize it and
parse it.

I proposed to put the base64 of the .gz in the body of the email
between specific delimiter (like POPCON-COMPRESSED-0 ...
END-POPCON-COMPRESSED-0) and not make a full-blown MIME attachment
(which is harder to implement).
Petter did not like it, because it make harder to read the email manually.

Apparently bandwidth is not a issue for gluck.
