I ment to say 'at least 35%' here.

I had a look in the other log file (access.log.1) as well, and there
6208 submissions were registered between 2006-07-16 09:46 -0600 and
2006-07-23 09:57 -0600.  That would be around 44% of all submissions
if we ignore machines reporting in several times a week.  I guess at
lot of submissions will be received today as it is sunday, so the log
for this week will probably show a comparable number by the end of the
day.
