I don't know if you are aware of this or not, but the eMail address
   popcon at ubuntu.com
is bouncing...

This address is used by the 'popularity-contest' package.

The last changes to the Ubuntu package version were made by:
cjwatson at ubuntu.com

We (users) are getting:
  A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:
   popcon at ubuntu.com
     SMTP error from remote mailer after RCPT TO:<popcon at ubuntu.com>:
     host fiordland.ubuntu.com [82.211.81.145]: 550 <popcon at ubuntu.com>:
     Recipient address rejected: User unknown in virtual alias table

Anything you can do to expedite fixing this ongoing problem would be
