NOFILES means that no files in the package seemed to be programs, so
<atime>, <ctime>, and <mru-program> are invalid.

Actually imo this "feature" is useless nowadays, because it fails in
case of web-applications and also if it find an executable it'll record
ANY file.
E.g. the package libc6-dev has binaries in /usr/bin, but the reported
files are (mostly?) header files or .a files. Similar with
linux-kernel-header, while I am even missing the binary there.
(/usr.*/bin matches though: /usr/include/linux/binfmts.h)
Other candidates:
* perl-modules
* linux-header-<uname -v>
* perl-base
* libqt4-dev
