Well, I assume it can be done for updated translations by asking the
release managers for Lenny, and uploading to lenny-proposed-updates.
Not sure if it is worth it, thought.  If it isn't on your wish list, I
suggest we start by uploading to unstable, and see if the translators
ask us to update Lenny. :)
