[Popcon-developers] encrypted popcon stats

Hello Popular developpers,

Today, popcon 1.60 reached testing.
The server has received 738 encrypted reports, which were
processed in 2 minutes.
Since the total number of entries received was about 23000,
if all of them were compressed, it would have taken 
about one hour, which is still acceptable.
