Dear listmasters, 
I would like to migrate popcon-developers at l.alioth.d.o to
lists.debian.org. This list is important to coordinate the Debian
popularity-contest project.

List Name: debian-popcon
Rationale: The list 'popcon-developers at l.a.d.o' is used since 2003 for
the development of the popularity-contest project, which consists of the
Debian package popularity-contest, the Debian service popcon.debian.org,
and related project for Debian derivatives.
