[py3porters-devel] [Needs Port] dput-ng

Ohkay, this one is embarrassing,

I maintain a package, dput-ng, which uploads software to Debian.

At the time, there was a dep that didn't have a Python 3 port (was it
paramiko?), so I didn't build the python3 module. If someone wants to
test this guy out on Python 3, I'd love to swap dput(1) to use Python 3
out of the box :)

If you want to test this out, you can build this package by doing:

sudo apt-get build-dep dput-ng
# cd into the working tree, top of the git checkout
dpkg-buildpackage -us -uc
sudo debi  # to install the debs

(you might need some other tooling, but that might help some of y'all
 who are new to this stuff)

Feel free to send me patches, I'll be reviewing this one!
