[py3porters-devel] [Needs Audit] Debian Infra Depends

So a cursory glance through this list and I spotted a package that won't
need creation, python-pysqlite2.  That code became the sqlite3 module.
What's the policy on removing stale code in Debian?  My guess would be to
correct all packages that reference python-pysqlite2 as dependency (or
otherwise) to use python instead since pysqlite2 is part of the shipped
python library.
