mypaint: remove redundant (and problematic) patch

Removed a memory-hungy test earlier due to buildbot RAM concerns, so we no
longer need the backported patch supporting it (which was a nasty hack anyway,
as it turns out).

Fixes one more FTBFS: http://bugs.debian.org/706508
