+I strongly recommend handling migration from etm-qt -> etmtk rather than just ignoring it and leaving users with an obsolete package installed. Something like this should work:

+- have src:etmtk build binary packages etm-qt and etmtk
+  - make etm-qt an empty transitional package (priority: extra, section: oldlibs), update description, declare dependency on etmtk
+- ask ftpmasters to remove src:etm-qt once etmtk is uploaded
