[Reportbug-maint] Bug#507828: reportbug: On filing an ITP : exits with error when realname contains non-ascii characters

My realname contains serveral 'é' characters.
When attempting to file an ITP by using reportbug against wnpp, reportbugs exits whith following error trace just after 's' is beeing hit to skip the review of already filed bugs.
