When using the 'text' user interface, long output is actually filtered
through the user's chosen output pager, set with the 'PAGER'
environment variable, or the system-default 'sensible-pager' program
if no specific setting is made.

Thus, it wouldn't be appropriate for reportbug to talk about the
functionality of that program, since it could be configured to be
anything.

Perhaps you want to report this instead as a bug against
'debianutils', which provides 'sensible-pager'?
