[Reportbug-maint] Bug#503102: installation-reports missing

Well I tried that first but as I put in my install report, the installer for etch just hangs.  Apparently the ESP SCSI module does not work.

This version is in oldstable (as you can see from this[1]), and we
support only from stable onward; please update your machine to etch
(at least).
