[Reportbug-maint] Bug#322567: Debsums output

Reportbug uses debsums for this job : 

debsums: checksum mismatch mon
file /usr/share/doc/mon/examples/mon.cf.gz

This output seems understandable. You have a mismatch. If a file was
missing you would have something like : 

debsums: can't open apt
file /usr/share/doc/apt/examples/configure-index.gz (no such file or
directory).

It is not a bug, maybe a wish feature but it doesn't seem relevant to
me, debsums output is enough.
