[Reportbug-maint] Removing myself from uploaders

Hi,

I haven't done any uploads to reportbug in a few months and since others
seem to have taken things forward quite a bit, I removed myself from the
Uploaders: in git.

I will continue to be subscribed to the list and watch bugs, but in case
I find myself not doing it, I will also request removal from the alioth
project.
