Bug is always reproducible.
Enter a bug report with the gtk2 interface until you reach the "Submit this bug report" page.
Attach a file and the click "Detach an attachment".
Click cancel. After that, the interface is locked and you can only click cancel or back, effectively
rending the bug report useless.
