[Reportbug-maint] Bug#532467: Should provide a way to go back in gtk.

I was filling a reportbug and pressing next.  After the question about tags, I
pressed next, and then I tried to press back, to add a tag, and this was not
possible.  It's also not possible to change the system information in the
editing screen, where I would be able to change this in the text interface.
