[Reportbug-maint] Bug#532979: reportbug (text): 'x' acts as 'O'

When browsing a bug report, 'O' key used to permit add more information 
to the bug browsed and x should exit to bug list. striking x spawn directly 
to report and the comment is sent to the bug being watched instead of 
opening a new bug, this is signaled only when the bug is to be sent :(
