do you mean just after
Verifying package integrity...
?
If so, it's a bug in debsums, since we relay on it for package
verification step.
Please confirm and I'll reassign this but to debsums (or you can do it
yourself :)

PS: it's usually better to provide a full listing of shell output of
reportbug, it wasy debugging for us.
