[Reportbug-maint] Bug#530685: reportbug crashes attempting to ask the user for his smtp's password

reportbug crashes when attempting to file bug report email via smtp,
discovers that it needs a password
and attempting to ask the user because the ui-class does not have the
called method, as the traceback shows:

way as he has to take another way
(save the bug report locally eg) and, even more annoying, has to rewrite
the bug report
