[Reportbug-maint] Bug#530686: reportbug crashes when hitting <esc> twice when a bug report is displayed

reportbug crashes when user attempts to close a bug report that was
opened by the browser of supported bugs by hitting <esc> hitting the
button twice accidently. traceback is as following:
