[Reportbug-maint] Bug#554589: "gtk" lowercase in startup dialog warning about inability to use GTK+ interface

When python-vte is not installed but reportbug is launched trying to use the GTK+ interface anyway, reportbug warns it's falling back to text with a dialog reading:

Please install the python-vte package to use the gtk2 interface. 
Falling back to text interface.

"gtk" is not capitalized there.
"Please install the python-vte package to use the GTK+ interface." would fix.
