[Reportbug-maint] Bug#550021: reportbug minor bugs

If the package name is malformed and you hit forward, it says that its
malformed, but then hitting back gives you a grayed out text field and
you can only quit and restart reportbug.

I then used reportbug to submit this bug, but it seemed to exit after I
entered the subject. It never asked me for the full body of the message.
