Yes, this is very annoying. The back button renders the whole bug report useless, since all Buttons on the last page (submit) are grayed out, except Back and Cancel. This means the bug report can't be sent.

You can't even select your own bugreport text, to post it via other means. I had to make a screenshot of the text i typed it, and submitted it that way via attachements.
