Yes, I can. But I should supply destination address and subject in this
case. This is waste work, because this data already included in the
body.

No. The reportbug already have parser for mandatory headers: take
subject from it and send mail. That's all. On other hand, I should edit
this message at least to remove duplicated headers. This make -o and -p
options useless. In fact You should create two reports instead one only.
It is easier to create new report, then using template from other host.
