[Reportbug-maint] Bug#570385: Leaves files in /var/tmp/

Hi!

As mentioned, those files in /var/tmp are completely empty, and from the
example listing you can see that their size is zero.

I'm 99% sure they are created by reportbug, since this is the program I use
for reporting. I deleted all the previous files, but now I can see that I have
a set of *.bug and *.bug~ files corresponding to the apps I have bugreported on
since that time:

Sorry about deleting the config, it seemed to me that it contained nothing
interesting. I may have been wrong, so here is everything apart from my
personal info.

Btw, will the smtp password be autoincluded in bugreports if it is specified in the
user config file (smtppasswd option)? If so, maybe it should be automatically
deleted by reportbug when filing a report on itself? Or maybe just a warning
in the description of the smtppasswd in the man page?
