I'm not able to replicate this bug, so it's kinda difficult to me to
fix it, so I need a bit of help for you since you have the problem.

First of all, can you still replicate it? is there something
strange/experimental (like multiarch, f.e.) on your machine? Can you
please post the output of these commands:

apt-cache show <pkg that fails with reportbug>
dpkg-query --status <pkg that fails with reportbug>
dpkg-query --print-avail <pkg that fails with reportbug>
