[Reportbug-maint] Bug#614149: reportbug: gtk ui: Display package name in window title

Howdy,

When I use reportbug, I tend to report a number of bugs at the
same time, either because I have saved them offline or because
reporting one makes me think of another one (or makes me find
bugs in  reportbug <wink>).

Would you consider changing the window title from “Reportbug”
to “some-package — Reportbug”?  It would help users like me and
I don’t think it would annoy people that only have one window open
at a time.
